What is it?: Blockage to heart

Chest pain/pressure, sweaty, weak, nauseous, radiating
pain/pressure/numbness down left arm, back, jaw, neckline or
abdomen…..can range from slight to severe
Uncommon symptoms include:  headache, ears ringing, dizzy, excessive
hiccups & belching
Give oxygen if trained
Give prescription medication such as nitroglycerin
If the victim does not have any allergies, give aspirin
Have victim sit down and loosen clothing
Don’t wait to give more medication if the 1st ones did not improve
condition or condition worsens within 5 minutes
