Remember Ratio:

 | | Check pulse in carotid (neck) or femoral |
| | (groin) artery 5-10 seconds

 | | Begin compressions: 100 per minute -Hard & |
| | fast with very little interruption (across victim’s nipple line in center of chest or measure by following up rib cage to top of “V”/sternum, then give a 2 finger spacer from that “V”, then place the heel of your hand on the center of the chest, may use 1 or 2 hands)

 | | Push down 1/3 to 1/2 of the depth of victim's |
| | chest with recoil

 | | 5 cycles 30 compressions:2 breaths & reassess |

 | | 2-man 15:2, changing roles every 2 minutes/5 |
| | cycles or whenever needed

 | | Jaw thrust with no head extension if injured
|
 | | Look, listen, feel for breath 5-10 sec.

 | | Seal mouth with your mouth & pinch their |

 | | Give 2 breaths (Enough to get chest rise)

 | | Readjust airway if needed & reattempt |

6. No pulse, no breath: Full CPR
